We search for a Project Manager based in Sofia - a professional who wants and can: At the Design Stage /pre-construction/: - Take part in the assessment of the performed investment projects; - Advise the Employer in selecting project engineers; - Co-ordinate the communication and the work between project engineers, Employers, and supervison. At the Construction Stage: - Bring off negotiations with the performance Contractor; - Co-ordinate on a daily basis the communication between Employer, Contractor, consultants, and other stakeholders; - Assist in finding the best way out of disbutes, and negotiates the settlement of these. At all Stages of performance: - Instruct the performance Contractor and co-ordinate the work with the project engineers; - Hold the accountabiltiy of Configuration Management.
